Is your hardware version V02.E03.00.39.03 by the way? I tried the same today in the support chat of the application and the answer I got was pretty generic ("Based on your VIN, you are on the latest version, we don't have official scheduled dates for new updates"). I got by BYD Seal U Dm-i Comfort 3 weeks ago from the distributor and I am wondering if the hardware versions matter.

Awesome! Hope that this will bring some nice cool features. Hopefully casting to the instrument cluster display and HUD directions. The EU version uses a different CPU which has some limitations but third party apps have proven that it is possible to do both.

That's exactly what I reported to the employee in the live chat today, that I have the late design. They then told me that OTA version 3.1.0 should be available within the next two months. The bugs should be fixed by then. It remains to be seen.
Sorry for the English. Did they tell you that 3.1.0 is coming for Seal U Dm-i?
