Topbyd site, please think twice before orders

    Hello, im new here. I want to prevent anybody thinking to buy items on Topbyd site. I buy few things. Trunk storage box doesnt fit do european DMI. I write them few message but its impossible to return it back, they need prove even i send them picture. I will give this case to customer lawyer, but if anybody want to buy accessories, better go to ali.

    I bought multiple times from them. Never a problem.

    Last time 3 weeks ago (TPMS sensors).


    I also returned the brake caliper covers after receiving them and finding out, that they are not legal in my country.

    No problem with communication or return.

    As soon as they received the item back, I got my money back.

    They even went to the Chinese customs, as the parcel was held there.

    what do you think a lawyer can do for you with a company based in China?

    You can think what you want. Its first time some shop has such a big problem to return things. I write with them for 5 days, always has return message from other person.


    Trunk storage is not for europe version. On pictures is always from top. Larger box has two legs which are on big unit and you cant put box on place. Smaller box lie down on black small driver close to tail gate, has no legs so you will smash that driver.


    Aso pedal covers doesnt fit. If you know there are two sizes of brake pedal. There are no dimmensions on site


    I am out from home for two months. I give them picture of trunk with points thay doesnt fit. They want video to prove it doesnt fit. Its really dissapointing.


    Its your choice. I just want to protect others from same problem. Now i have box that doesnt fit and can put it to trash.


    One mont ago i order box from ali. Was designed to not lie down on drivers. But it comes smashed in few places. I need to return it and i have money after 3 days. Box looks almost same from top.


    I thought that box from topbyd is same box. Im just dissapointed and 150e is throwed to trash.

    Ich hatte das Problem mit einer Kofferraummatte, die nicht passte, auch bei AliExpress. Hatte ein Foto geschickt und das war ihnen nicht gut genug. Da das Ding billig war, habe ich es einfach entsorgt und abgehakt. Will sagen, kann einem bei jedem China-Shop passieren.
