Trip Computer is Live!
Anyone who has Electro installed in their vehicle can use this system.
Setup
1. Open the Electro app on your phone.
2. Tap the ☰ (three lines) menu.
3. Go to Integrations.
4. Select MQTT.
5. Enter any name in the Name field.
6. In Broker Host, enter: 127.0.0.1
7. In Port, enter: 1883
8. In Device Name, enter: byd-seal
If you use byd-seal, the APK will not ask for topic settings on first launch.
If you use a different name, the APK will ask for the topic — enter the same device name you used in Electro.
9. Set the Publish Interval to 100 ms.
10. Go to Data to Publish, select all data, and press Save.
11. Return and press Save again.
Note: If you see a “send error” message, that’s normal — you can ignore it.
APK Installation
1. Install the shared APK on your vehicle system.
2. Enter any username at the top.
3. Select your vehicle model.
4. If you used byd-seal, just press Save.
If you used a different device name, enter the same name inside the APK and save.
That’s it. The system is ready.
The app is currently available in Turkish only.
Support for additional languages will be added soon.
